replay on-line understands that buying any used equipment, sporting or otherwise, can carry risk.
In order to mitigate this risk, replay on-line offers the following returns policy
If the product fails or breaks during normal use within 30 days,
we will exchange, repair or refund your goods.
This warranty excludes squash rackets for obvious reasons.
If you decide the product is unsuitable (wrong size, etc) we will exchange if possible or refund you
less a 15% administration fee to cover costs of bank charges and re-advertising.
In addition we allow a 48 hours test period on all technical equipment such as diving buoyancy compensators and demand valves. With 48 hours of purchase you are free to take the items away and have them checked. Any problems will either be corrected by replay on-line technicians at our cost, or your money will be refunded. As this type of equipment is inspected and checked by Mike personally before selling, this situation is unlikely to arise, but if it does, you are protected 100%
